7. Is the matter in layout format, Yes / No
8. If Yes so, do you want it in the same manner in the Translated form?
Yes/ No /Any other Specific form
9. Expected Time Duration of the work to be completed?
10. Can the matter be sent through email? Yes/ No
11. If No the spacified the mode
12. Job- work completed will be sent through e- mail in required formatt
& as per schedule?
13. Mention If you want the job in (Ms word/ PageMaker/ Corel Draw, etc)
Note :
a) On receipt above details the rates/charges along with time schedule will be communicated to the client in the form of invoice.
b) Clients are required to send 50% charges of the job-work in advance by way of U.S. $ along with the work order.
c) The balance payment should be paid in U.S. $ on Completion of the job.
d) Changes in the matter already translated can be facilitated provided there is no addition in the original matter.
